What I wore in Turkey.
I'm back from Turkey!
We had an incredible time in Istanbul and Cappadocia, but I’m so happy to be back home.
One question I’m often asked is what I pack for a trip like this—and the answer is always the same: anything from KMM Collective. I design these pieces to be functional, comfortable, and versatile because they’re what I genuinely love and live in.
On this trip, I packed my black Lucia Shirt Dress. It’s perfect for a day of sightseeing with sneakers, and with a quick change into sandals and a beaded necklace, I was ready for dinner at a nice restaurant.
The Lucia Shirt Dress also comes in a beautiful grass green—and of course, I kept one for myself. It’s the kind of piece that’s effortlessly chic: just throw it on, flip the collar, push up the sleeves, and you instantly look put-together with minimal effort.
The Lucia Top is a regular fixture in my suitcase. Along with the Kathya Top, it’s one of my favorite pieces to travel with—lightweight, low-maintenance, and easy to launder at the hotel during longer trips. They dry quickly, and any wrinkles vanish with just a bit of steam. On this trip, I packed the Lucia Top in all three colors: black, white, and this blue-and-white pinstripe. When we arrived in Istanbul to cool, rainy weather, I layered a sweater over the top and added a scarf—it was the perfect travel outfit. Both the Lucia Shirt Dress and the Lucia Top have been staples in my collection for the past three years.
Here is a little outfit inspiration for you.
