Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering
We use the United States Postal Service and UPS for all of our shipping
needs unless there are special requests. Our orders typically ship
within 2 days of purchase and usually arrive within two to three days,
if recipient lives in the United States.
We gladly accept returns for store credit
within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be issued upon receipt of
returned item/s and must arrive in the same condition as customer
received them, i.e., return item to original tote bag before
re-packaging for shipping. This is to prevent damage to the garment
during shipping should envelope/package become damaged in the process.
Customer provides shipping label for returns unless it is an exchange.
We’re unable to offer refunds, but we’re happy to assist with store credit or exchanges when possible.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.
